Ms. Klimczak served acting legislative director for appropriations and deputy director for appropriations at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for five years, where she oversaw the agency’s budget and appropriations legislative strategy.  She has also previously served in NIH’s Office of Legislative Policy and Analysis and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  She is a graduate of Georgetown University and Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy.
